Amidst organizational restructuring, a leading corporation faces significant challenges with motivation and productivity. The recent reorganization has disrupted established workflows and eroded employee morale. This upheaval has resulted in decreased engagement, heightened attrition, and a notable decline in productivity. The cumulative impact of these issues threatens to undermine the company’s operational efficiency and overall performance.

SOLUTIONS

Beyond strained relations, the discord stemmed from a dichotomy in leadership styles—European versus American—instigating distrust, notably in corporate restructuring. Workshops in Belgium facilitated a Discovery and Remedy process, unraveling insights into causes and resolutions.

Employing tools like the Drama Triangle and Transformation Matrix provided nuanced perspectives on the issues at hand. encountered and the lessons you learned from them. A new game on Behaviour Change helped the team identify what behaviours work or hurt in turbulent situations.
