The Mumbai dabbawalas are a group of delivery people in Mumbai, India, who specialize in delivering hot, homemade food to people’s workplaces. They are famous for their efficiency and accuracy in delivering thousands of lunches every day, with very few errors. Currently, they deliver 200,000 tiffins daily

The dabbawalas use a unique and highly organized system of codes and symbols to keep track of the lunches and ensure that they are delivered to the right person at the right time. The system has been in place for over 100 years and has been studied by management experts from around the world.

They are also known for their strong work ethic and commitment to their customers.

The dabbawalas have become a symbol of Mumbai’s entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to customer service. 

King Charles visited the Dabbawala in 2014 and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands had also visited them.
